Locktober Day 26: Decide How Your Finish Will Go

Locktober Day 26: Decide How Your Finish Will Go

Day twenty-six of my 31-day series for men locking up alone. Five days left. Today you decide what happens when October ends, and you write the plan down in enough detail that the next five days become pure anticipation.

Your task today, part one: choose your ending

There are four ways to finish Locktober, and every one of them is a good ending. Read them, think about what your month has shown you, and choose one.

1. Release. You unlock on October 31st and allow yourself the release you have been denying for a month. Many men find this the most natural ending, and a month of waiting makes it one to remember.

2. Keep going into November. Plenty of men hit their stride in the final week and choose to continue, combining Locktober and No Nut November into a sixty-one day challenge. If you pick this, set a new goal and a new end date today.

3. Unlock and stay denied. The device comes off to give your body a proper rest, and the denial continues for a while longer. A good middle ground if your skin needs a break and your mind wants more.

4. Rest, reflect, and decide later. You unlock, look after your body, read your letters, and give yourself a week before deciding anything about what comes next.

Write your choice in your log, along with one sentence about why.

Your task today, part two: write the finish

Now make it vivid. Write out exactly how October 31st will go, in as much detail as you like.

-What time will you unlock?

-Where will you be?

-How will you open the time lock or break the seal on the envelope?

-What will you wear, what will the room look like, how will you mark the moment?

-If you chose release, how do you want it to happen, slowly or all at once, and what will you be thinking about?

-If you chose to continue, what will your first day of November look like?

Then fold the page, seal it in an envelope, and put it with your key. You will open it on the 31st.

Why this matters

A month of denial deserves a proper ending. Unlocking in a rushed moment, half distracted, wastes one of the best parts of the whole experience. A planned finish turns the last day into a ceremony, the same way you started on day one.

Writing it down also changes the next five days completely. Every time you think about the 31st, you will remember exactly what is waiting for you. That anticipation is one of the most powerful things in chastity. As a keyholder, telling a locked man in detail how his release will go, and then refusing to mention it again, is one of my favourite games. Today you get to play it on yourself.

A note on release after a long denial

If you choose release, take it slowly and be gentle with yourself. After a month locked, everything tends to be more sensitive, and a relaxed, unhurried finish is usually the most satisfying one.
